Milltownpass Mega Draw Terms & Conditions 
1. Ticket Pricing 
Entries are allocated based on the ticket package purchased:

All Milltownpass GAA Club members registered to the ClubZap app are eligible for one free entry to the draw.

2. Eligibility for Draws 
Each ticket purchased will be entered into all scheduled draws from the date of purchase, subject to time of purchased (please see #3 in T&C’s ‘Draw Entry CutOff Time’). 
Tickets purchased after a draw has taken place will not be eligible for those previous draws but will remain eligible for all subsequent draws. 

3. Draw Entry Cut-Off Time 
On the day of a scheduled draw, tickets must be purchased by 9:30pm to be included in that draw. 
Any tickets purchased after 9:30pm will automatically be entered into the next scheduled draw and all remaining future draws. 

4. Multiple Draw Eligibility 
Successful entrants will continue to qualify for all remaining draws. o Winning a prize in one draw does not exclude or disqualify the ticket holder from being selected in any subsequent draw. 

5. Prize Draw Process 
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the applicable draw entry cut-off time. 

6. Winner Notification 
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the organisers reserve the right to redraw the prize. 

7. Prize Acceptance 
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize unless otherwise determined by the organisers. 

8. Organiser's Decision 
The organisers' decision in relation to all aspects of the raffle, including winner selection and prize allocation, is final. 

9. Refunds 
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable except where required by law. 

10. Changes to the Draw 
The organisers reserve the right to amend the draw dates or make changes to the raffle where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Data Protection 
Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the raffle will be used solely for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. 

12. Age Restriction (if applicable) o Participants must be 18 years of age or over to purchase a ticket and enter the raffle. 

13. General  
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and accept the outcome of the draws as final.
