Our u14 girls travelled to Moate Thursday evening for the first round of the championship. 

Moate started the game better and got the first 3 scores of the game. On 15 minutes we were back level when April scored a wonderful goal. We settled into the game going into the second quarter and further scores from Katie Lei and April left us 3.05 to 2.01 behind at half time.

We started the second half by conceding a very quick goal, and then settled into the task really well and brought the game back to a one score game with 10 minutes to go, but unfortunately it was moate who drove on in the last 10 and won the game on a scoreline of 4.12 to 4.03.
